In order to apply the Kukkiwon Dan application for your students.

​

Effective July 2023, only masters who are certified as an International Master will be able to apply for the Kukkiwon Dan for their students. Otherwise, your Dan application will be denied.

1. If it's your first time taking this Kukkiwon Seminar, you must register for the 3rd International Master Course, this applies for 2nd Dan and up.

​

2. To apply for the Poom/Dan Examiner Course you must hold a 3rd Class international Master Certificate first. If you applied without holding it your payment will be taken as a credit for the next Kukkiwon Seminar.

3. If you are outside of the United States, please make sure you are COVID-19 Vaccinated with one of the following vaccines approved by the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) https://covid19.trackvaccines.org/agency/who/
Otherwise, you will likely be denied entry into the country.

  5. Copy of 2 nd or 3 rd Class Master Certificate (1st or 2 nd Class Master Course Candidates)

  6. Copy of 2 nd or 3 rd Class Examiner Certificate (1st or 2 nd Class Examiner Course Candidates)

  7. (In case you took the online Theory Portion)7) Proof of Passing the Online Theory Master Course (3rd Class Master Course Candidates) -- Online 3 rd Class Master Lecture Certification, Online ID and Password

  8. Copy of Current Certification (Refresher Participants)

  9. Proof of Participation (Re-Test Participants)

 

All participants shall bring the following:

 

  1. Dobok (Kukkiwon-recognized Taekwondo uniform), training shoes, and writing instruments.

  2. Identification such as a Driver's License or a Passport.

  3. USA Citizens/Residents.
    A) Either have a Covid-19 vaccination card OR a Negative Covid-19 test result within the last 72 hours.

  4. Foreigners.
    A) Have a Covid-19 vaccination card, AND
    B) have a negative Covid-19 test result within the last 72 hours.
