Waiver & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver & Release of Liability ("Agreement") in consideration for being permitted to participate in the trip to Korea organized by WTMU (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Assumption of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that travel, particularly international travel, involves inherent risks and hazards. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, illness, injury, property damage, theft, and other dangers associated with foreign travel. I voluntarily choose to participate in this trip, fully aware of and accepting these risks.

Health and Medical Conditions: I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently healthy to participate in this trip. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure that I have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the trip.

Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to participate in the trip, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, expenses, and damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the trip.

Insurance: I understand that the Organizer may not provide any form of insurance coverage for the trip, and it is my responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance, including health and medical coverage, prior to the trip.

​

Photography and Publicity: I grant permission to the Organizer to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip for promotional and publicity purposes without compensation.

​

Emergency Contact: I agree to provide the Organizer with emergency contact information and authorize the Organizer to take necessary actions in case of emergency if I am unable to do so.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
